What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. We do accept personal checks and will process the order once the check is received. 

I had technical problems while making my order. What should I do?

If you’re unable to complete your order online, please call us toll free at (800) 660-7705 and one of our representatives will be able to help you.

Can I cancel an order I’ve already made?

An order can be cancelled up until 1:30 EST the next business day.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

We will notify you of any shortages or out of stock items. Late delivery due to weather and carrier issues are out of our control.
