When will my order ship?

Orders placed will be shipped on the next business day Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will typically be delivered between 2 to 7 business days.

Can my order be shipped overnight?            

Orders placed before our shipping cut off time of 2pm EST can be shipped overnight at an additional charge. Please call us at (800) 660-7705 to arrange for overnight shipping.

Can you ship Lithium batteries overnight?

Lithium, Lithium-Ion, Lithium-Polymer & Lithium Phosphate batteries are restricted and CANNOT be shipped overnight. All Lithium batteries must ship by standard ground service due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over Canada & USA. 

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We’re able to ship orders to PO Boxes.

Can I redirect my order once it’s been shipped?

Unfortunately we can’t redirect orders once they have been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order and that the address includes Suite # or Apartment #.
