CR2 Batteries

The CR2 battery is a non-rechargeable Lithium battery that is commonly used in small electronic devices such as cameras, medical equipment, and wireless alarm systems. It is similar in shape to the CR123 battery, but smaller and with a lower capacity.

The CR2 battery has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 15.6mm and a length of 27mm. It has a voltage rating of 3 volts and a capacity of around 800mAh. The CR2 battery is composed of lithium manganese dioxide chemistry, which provides a high energy density and a long shelf life.

One of the advantages of the CR2 battery is its compact size and light weight, making it suitable for small electronic devices that require a power source with a high energy density. It has a low self-discharge rate, which means it can be stored for long periods without losing much of its charge.

The CR2 battery also has a wide operating temperature range, which makes it suitable for use in a variety of environments. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C, making it ideal for use in outdoor applications and industrial settings.
